What happens when you request deletion

Data that is deleted

• delete Your account: name, email address and password
• delete Your role and hotel assignments, and your shift schedule
• delete Voice messages you recorded
• delete Photos you attached to maintenance reports
• delete Your device push-notification tokens

Data that may be retained

• inventory_2 Operational records belonging to your hotel — such as guest orders, bookings and maintenance reports — are kept as the hotel's business records, with your name removed.
• inventory_2 Records we are required to keep by law, for accounting, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Live push-to-talk and call audio is never recorded, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. We verify that you own the email address before deleting anything, and we complete verified requests within 30 days. You will be notified by email once it is done.
